1. ENTRY PERIOD: The Duck-Club Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Flyway Properties, LLC (hereinafter, the “Sponsor”). The Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM EST on November 22, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EST on February 28, 2026 (“Entry Period”).
2. CONTEST ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nebraska, and New York residents) who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nebraska, and New York residents, Sponsor; any of Sponsor’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising and promotion agencies; and any employee, officer, director, representative or agent of any of the foregoing persons and the immediate family members (spouses and siblings, children and parents and their spouses, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals. Void in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nebraska, New York, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time. The Sponsor will make any determinations of eligibility. Sponsor’s decision as to eligibility is final.
3. TO PARTICIPATE: The Contest is a skill-based competition in which eligible participants will watch a video of a golfer hitting a ball from the tee and determine the distance of the drive. Sponsor will provide the following details to determine the distance: weather conditions, wind speed, club type, distance from the tee box to the pin, elevation, the golfer’s height, weight, and golf handicap (collectively, the “Skill Criteria”). Entrants must analyze the technical data provided in the Skill Criteria and apply their knowledge of golf physics, mathematics, and related technical principles to calculate and submit their best determination of the distances. The ten (10) entrants with the most accurate entries will be declared winners and receive a prize. Specifically, eligible participants may enter the Contest by completing all the following steps:
- Visit https://contest.flywaypropertiesark.com, watch the video of Devlin “Duck” Hodges hitting a golf ball from the tee, and review the Skill Criteria provided.
- Submit an entry consisting of:
(i) a determination of the distance the ball traveled from the tee, accurate to one-tenth (1/10th) of a foot; and
(ii) a determination of the distance from where the ball landed to the pin/hole, accurate to one-one-hundredth (1/100th) of a foot.
- Provide entrant’s first name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address, and process the one-hundred-dollar ($100 USD) entry fee for each entry.
The ten (10) entrants whose entries are closest to the actual measured distance of the drive will be declared winners. In the event of a tie, the entrant whose estimate for the distance between the landed ball and the pin/hole is closest will be deemed the higher-ranking entrant.
Limit twenty-five (25) entries per person.
Entries must not include personally-identifiable information of any person other than the eligible participant; should the eligible participant include personally identifiable information about him/herself in his/her entry, eligible participant acknowledges and agrees that such information may be disclosed publicly and eligible participant is solely responsible for any consequences thereof; must be the original work of the eligible participant; and must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of, or contrary to the laws or regulations of the United States or the local jurisdiction where the entry is created.
Entries must be received by Sponsor no later than 11:59:59 PM EST on February 28, 2026. Any attempt by a person to use multiple identities, fraudulent transactions, or cancelled transactions to gain more entries than permitted by these Official Rules shall result in disqualification in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By participating, eligible participants warrant and represent that they agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the final decisions of the Sponsor. Entry information becomes the exclusive property of Sponsor upon submission. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that all required entry information, forms, and materials are accurate and complete. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for transmission errors resulting from incorrect email addresses, or other technical issues outside of Sponsor’s control.
4. CRITERIA FOR CONTEST WINNERS: Sponsor will select ten (10) winners from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Entrants may utilize the following criteria only when making their submissions: (i) video of Devlin “Duck” Hodges hitting a golf ball from the tee located at www.flywaypropertiesark.com, (ii) weather conditions, (iii) wind speed, (iv) club type, (v) distance from the tee box to the pin, (vi) elevation, (vii) the golfer’s height, (viii) weight, and (ix) golf handicap. Sponsor will judge the submissions based on the accuracy of each eligible participant’s entry of the golf ball shot distance compared to the actual measured distance of the golf using a Carlson CR 5+ Robotic Total Station capable of measuring distance down to the one-one hundredth (1/100th) of a foot. Sponsor will apply the foregoing criteria and determine the ten (10) winners by determining which entries are closest to the actual measured distance of the traveled golf ball to determine the potential Grand Prize winner and nine (9) runner-up winners. The nine (9) eligible participants with the next closest entries will each be deemed the 2nd -10th place winners. Winners will be announced within one (1) week of the submission deadline. There will be a total number of ten (10) winners through the entirety of the Contest. Eligible participant’s will be judged solely upon the eligible participant’s incorporation of the criteria set forth above as compared with other eligible entries received during the Entry Period. In the event of a tie, the eligible participant whose determinations of the distance between the landed golf ball and the pin/hole is closest to the actual distance measured (down to one-one hundredth [1/100th] of a foot), will be deemed the winner. If a tie still remains after application of the foregoing tie breaker, the tied eligible participants will each be provided a second (2nd) pre-recorded video of a new golf shot and must submit a new distance determination within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. The eligible participant whose second (2nd) determination is closest to the actual measured distance of the second (2nd) shot will be deemed the winner.
